Liberty Resources is currently seeking a Data Analyst to work with our in-house Business Intelligence team on developing and ensuring the integrity and quality of the organization’s data assets.The Data Analyst is responsible for designing ETL processes for integration of company databases, data reporting and data visualization development, and developing solutions to automate business processes. The Data Analyst is responsible for empowering users with data and insight to improve performance and drive business decisions This position if offering the ability to work a hybrid schedule! Data Analyst Job Responsibilities: Develops ETL processes to integrate company databases and external data sources. Designs and develops stored procedures, views and functions using T-SQL.Create reports and data visualizations. Conduct data quality assessments and develop strategies to identify and mitigate data integrity issues.Responds to Data Reporting Help Desk requests.Ensure the quality of the data that is available to end usersIdentify and lead operational improvement opportunitiesContribute to the development of tools and processes which make the team more efficientCollaborate with teams that support us (IT, HIT, Quality)Develops and maintains effective relationships with staff at all levels throughout the agency.Demonstrates the values of diversity, equity and belonging; foster an inclusive environment that facilitates diversity.Performs other duties, responsibilities and related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Positive and enthusiastic, able to easily work with others, regardless of their technical proficiencyAnalytical, creative, and innovative in approach to solving problemsStrong SQL skills. Writing SQL is a significant part of what we doExperience in MS SQL or Tableau server administration a plusExperience with Electronic Health Records a plusExperience in business analytics, mathematics or computer scienceStrong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle highly sensitive information of a confidential nature. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office also required.
