Senior Highway Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead roadway design and plans production for highway projects
• Provide marketing and business development support
• Interact with clients and mentor staff
• Ensure quality control and compliance with FDOT standards and policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in highway design
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Master's degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registered in the state of Florida or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong knowledge of FDOT standards, specifications, policies, and procedures
• Experience with design software such as MicroStation, Geopak, InRoads, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD
• Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with others
• Willingness to continue learning and utilizing new technologies and approaches
