Legal Billing Specialist - 60,000 - 75,000

Lakewood, OH - Hybrid Schedule

Our growing law firm client in Lakewood, OH is seeking an experienced Billing professional to handle the entire legal billing process for multiple attorneys across several offices.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Generating invoices and sending them to clients
• Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
• Inputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting system

Qualifications:

• Current / prior legal environment billing experience is required.
• Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is preferred.
• Associate's degree preferred, but not required.
