Lead React Engineer

Be a key player on a fast paced team as a Principal React Engineer, leading the development of state-of-the-art web applications for specialized services. Your role involves mentoring front-end developers, setting coding standards, and contributing to the agile creation of innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Guide and assist front-end developers through code reviews and ongoing feedback.
• Stay ahead by researching new frontend technologies.
• Design, develop, and debug novel software systems.
• Act as a technical expert on development projects.
• Analyze code, make revisions, and actively participate in software design meetings.
• Provide expertise and mentorship to Junior Engineers.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on frontend web experience.
• 5 years of proficiency with React/Redux, webpack, and Node.js.
• Proven track record of producing high-quality front-end code using JavaScript ES6 , CSS (SASS or LESS), and semantic HTML.
• Strong expertise in consuming RESTful APIs.
• Up-to-date knowledge of front-end performance and UI/UX design principles.
• Proficient in software design patterns and architecture for large-scale applications.
• Demonstrated technical leadership within a web application development team.
• Experience in browser testing, debugging, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on React development.
• Familiarity with a variety of open-source technologies and tools.
• Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
