Liberty Personnel Services is Hiring a Client Services Associate Near Plymouth Meeting, PA
Client Services AssociateRole:As a client service associate, this individual will be supporting the wealth management division's clientele. This would include high net worth individuals, small to mid-sized family run/owned business owners, as well as entrepreneurs. The CSA will be support advisors to help perform onboarding, setting up clientele within the system, documentation, account reviews, client correspondence, assist with creating presentations, act as the liaison between the advisor and internal teams, review custodial alerts, assist with new business initiatives, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Advisors by supporting and assisting with client presentations, setting up meetings, meeting deliverables, etc.
- Act as a Liaison with advisor and internal teams
- Perform client onboarding and setting the client up within the system
- Act as the point of contact for all clientele correspondence
- Document, file, and record all transactions
- Assist with account reviews both pre and post transaction or transfer
- Review custodial alters
- Manager CRM and other systems pertaining to clientele's information
- Participate in meetings
- Ad hoc request
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 2 years of progressive customer service experience within the financial services, registered investment advisor (RIA), family office, or wealth management industries
- Series 65 certifications is required
- Strong communication skills are required as this is a high client interaction position
- Experience with Schwab is highly preferred
- Experience with Black Diamond, WealthBox, FactSet, and/or E Money are a plus
Working Situation:This is an in office position 5 days a week to start with flexibility down the road for hybrid work.
