Position Summary:
RN will work in a clinic/ ambulatory surgery setting which is a combination of clinical and surgical duties. The clinical side of this position includes meeting with patients at their consultion and post op appointments and collaboratively assisting the oral surgeon during patient treatment exams and procedures. On the sugical side of the position, the RN will be reviewing health history, preparing patients for surgery, assisting in surgery, recovering post surgery, and providing post operative care and patient/caregiver instructions. The RN will need to display professionalism, be self-motivated, patient oriented, and must be proficient at multi-tasking. This position requires a fast learner who is receptive to on-the-job training and learning dental procedures and terminology in addition to nursing duties.
The right candidate will need to work/travel between two office locations, Sullivan Road, Spokane Valley and N. Calgary Ct., Post Falls Idaho.
