Responsibilities

Keep the entire dealership in clean and orderly condition.

Perform any combination of the following duties : sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming hallways, stairs and office spaces.

Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen.

Empty trash and garbage containers.

Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools.

Follows safety procedures while performing duties

Reports all community maintenance issues and concerns that they may identify while performing their daily duties to their manager

Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 6 months previous Janitorial experience
• Experience in working within a customer service role
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality and eagerness to improve
• Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
• Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record
• COVID-19 Vaccination Card
