Basic Function: Responsible for the daily operations and management of a financial service center.
These daily functions include but are not limited to serving customers by providing product and service information in a warm and friendly manner, approving, and collecting loans, making phone calls, cash handling and filing.
Managing employees to perform the forementioned functions.

Work Schedule: Must be flexible for daytime and early evening shifts Monday through Saturday.

Working Conditions, MENTAL aND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Works in a typical office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
Communicates daily and weekly with department.
Work assignments are highly diversified. New alternatives are regularly developed. There is often no precedent established for problems encountered.
Work requires constant substantive involvement in stressful situations causing considerable strain on a regular basis.
Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying.
Requires moderate dexterity - regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, telephone, headset, hand tools, eye/hand coordination)
