Role :
As a Customer Service and Sales Support, you'll be responsible for wearing multiple hats within this mid-size but global manufacturing organization.
This would include working with the organization's customers for any product issues, supporting a sales team with both product specifications but also generating leads, working with supply chain, logistics, plant as well as corporate offices in order to ensure inventory is in stock, logistics and shipping is being process correctly and efficiently, processing orders, working with customers on any orders / issues / or questions, etc.
