Great opportunity for an Estimator in the general construction arena! Position is full time / permanent with outstanding medical, dental, 401k, and vacation sick.

- 5 years’ experience working as an Estimator for a general construction firm.
- Experience doing take-offs from on schools, municipal, health care, and retail projects.
- Material take offs, cost estimates, and monitor material prices.
- Obtain approvals on drawings, design calculations, and materials.
- Experience negotiating and assembling bid packages with prospective clients.
- Estimate change order requests.
- Excellent communication and written skills
