SUMMARY: Cordially greet and assist patients and visitors. Answer telephone, respond to routine questions, collect patient information and co-pay, and take accurate messages. Ensure waiting rooms remain neat, clean and well stocked.

Required Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and healthcare and/or medical office experience
Required Experience: Computer/word processing and clerical training; must have front desk experience in a physician's office; must be able to file insurance and have knowledge of different insurance companies; able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
