Liberty Healthcare Corporation is Hiring a Caregiver (entry level / training provided) Near Enid, OK

Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation is now hiring for entry-level caregiver positions with our new state-of-the-art facility at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid. No experience is necessary - training is provided to become a Certified Nurse Aide and Habilitation Specialist.

This is a challenging and rewarding position which will require you to work directly with adults who have developmental disabilities, mental illness and behavioral challenges.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring clients are well cared for and safe at all times, by providing direct services and face-to-face care
  • Continuously monitoring client activities, behaviors, health and safety
  • Providing appropriate interventions as necessary, when clients are at risk
  • Assisting clients with their activities of daily living – and helping them build related skills
  • Helping clients to build pro-social skills, which will foster their independence and good health

As a Habilitation Specialist and full-time employee of Liberty Healthcare you can expect:

  • $18.54 per hour (approximately $38,500 annually)
  • An additional $1.00 per hour / shift differential for any hours worked between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus ($250 paid with first pay check $250 every 3 months for the first year of your employment)
  • 30 days of paid time off each year for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal days

  • Training to become certified as a Certified Nurse Aide (Long Term Care Aide)

You can choose to work one of the following available shifts options:

  • 6:15 am to 3:00 pm
  • 2:15 pm to 11:00 pm
  • 10:30 pm to 7:00 am

You’re a good fit for a “Habilitation Specialist” position if you possess the following:

  • Ability to commit to one of the three schedule options noted above
  • Caring and compassionate attitude towards serving people who have disabilities
  • Willingness and ability to commit to a variable work schedule – which will include weekdays as well as Saturdays or Sundays on a rotational basis
  • Willingness to submit to a comprehensive background check process & health screening (which includes a 10-panel drug test)
