Healthcare and human service professionals are encouraged to consider an exciting career opportunity with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a potential new Quality Director position.

This is a key leadership role with a statewide program which will help a significant number of children, youth, and families receive necessary long term services and supports so they may live as independently as possible in the community.

This goals of this program include:

  • Providing Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES training and technical assistance
  • Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) processes
  • Medical or Level of Care (LOC) eligibility assessment and appeals for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS)
  • Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) and Inventory for Client and Agency (ICAP) assessments

As Liberty Healthcare’s Quality Director, you will enjoy a wide array of responsibilities, including:

  • Assisting with the launch a statewide assessment program in Tennessee
  • Providing quality assurance oversight over a large volume of LOC, ICAP, Katie Beckett, and other assessments which will be administered by nurses and behavioral health professionals
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Leading various quality control, quality assurance, quality management activities and initiatives
  • Forming collaborative and productive relationships with a diverse range of individuals
  • Ensuring services are rooted in best practices and meet or exceed quality standards
  • Managing services with a focus on the best interests of children, youth and families
