Job Description:

As the Office Team Lead at Liberty Plano, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth operations and enhancing productivity within our Plano, TX office. Reporting to Allison Crow, you will receive direction from the Vice President of Special Projects Manager and the Chief Operating Officer, with dedicated support from a processing unit under the VP of Special Projects and the Spicewood office.

Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Lines Team Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between the VP of Special Projects Manager, corporate initiatives, and the Spicewood producers/account managers.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with each Spicewood Producer/Account Manager to address outstanding questions, concerns, and corrections both within and outside the management system.
• Provide support to Accounts Receivable Specialist on urgent accounting items.

2. Program Policy Management:

• Manage Program Policies including SOV management, billing rate assignments, documentation management, and acting as the point of contact for all related questions and concerns.

3. AMS/IR Utilization Management:

• Oversee AMS/IR utilization by issuing protocol reminders, conducting documentation audits, and addressing errors to increase overall system utilization.
• Review complicated AMS account transaction history to identify errors, make corrections, and offer training to relevant team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Commercial Insurance Experience: Demonstrated experience in commercial insurance operations is essential for this role.
2. Excel Experience: Proficiency in Excel is required, including the ability to handle multi-step formulas and manage large schedules effectively.
3. AMS Experience: Previous experience with AMS is highly preferred.

Key Skills:

1. Program Policy Management: Strong understanding and ability to manage program policies effectively.
2. AMS/IR Implementation Management: Proven track record in addressing AMS/IR implementation errors and increasing system utilization.
3. Accounting/Invoicing Support: Ability to provide assistance and support on accounting and invoicing-related matters.
