About Liberty Community Services

Liberty strives to end homelessness in greater New Haven. We offer services to people who live with HIV/AIDS, mental illness, and addiction and we help people achieve permanent housing in the community. We currently provide a variety of supportive services and housing options for people who are homeless with disabilities such as HIV, mental illness, and addiction. Reaching out to people who are homeless in the New Haven area has remained our constant mission.
