For questions, please call the Transportation Department at 419-533-5031.Minimum Qualifications:• High School Diploma or Equivalent• Post-Secondary Technical/Trade Program Graduate is Preferred• Meet All Health Requirements Mandated by Law• A Clear Record as Determined by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and/or the Federal Bureau of Investigation• Organizational Skills• Hold or be Qualified to Obtain an Ohio Pupil Transportation Certification• Hold or Qualified to Obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a School Bus Endorsement• Knowledge of School Bus Safety, Laws and Regulations• Ability to Monitor Operating Costs and Manage Record Keeping Activities• Basic Computer Skills and Knowledge of Transportation Software• Ability to Interpret and Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA), Public Employer Risk Reduction Act (PERRA) Regulations and Vendors’ Material Safety Data Sheets• Ability to Operate and Repair District Machinery and Equipment• Ability to Assist with Maintenance Duties, Including but Not Limited to Grounds Upkeep, Landscaping, Site Repairs, and Building Repairs Effective Starting Date: July 1, 2024Salary: As per the Non-Union Wage Schedule
