Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
Monitor facility safety of personnel
Measure, label, and use chemicals following proper procedures and adhering to safety protocol
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
Floorwork (buffers, waxers, carpet cleaners)
Empty Trash
High and low dusting
Clean and service restrooms, breakrooms, and conference and kitchen areas
Train assigned personnel on cleaning methods, procedures, and equipment
Provide work direction to personnel under the guidance of, and directed by, the manager
Perform routine inspections of work performed by cleaning personnel
Serve as backup for absent personnel
Driving to each building to help (buildings are separated in a 3-5 miles radius)
Environment:
This location is a Mineral plant that consists of several buildings. A company vehicle will be provided for travel in between. It is a very dusty environment due to the minerals and located in the Mohave (desert weather).
Hourly Rate:
$25 $259.92 vehicle/milage stipend
Schedule:
Monday - Fridays with schedule adjusting for some Saturdays

Valid Drivers license
A criminal background check is required.
A Motor Vehicle check is required (Company Vehicle)
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
