Salary: $20-$30 an hour

Job Type: This role is a seasonal position, roughly mid-April through October approx. 10-15 hours per week

Summary:

The Pickleball Professional is responsible for organizing, coordinating, planning, training, administering and evaluating pickleball programs and services for all ages and abilities for the membership and their guests. This role provides high-quality service and instruction, and must effectively lead instructional clinics, as well as group and private lessons. The Pickleball Professional will meet or exceed established standards for members, guests and create memorable experiences on and off the courts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, and implement a pickleball program for Liberty members and shall be inclusive of all age groups, skill levels.
  • Program must be administered for the improvement and enjoyment of all participating members.
  • Program may include, organized play, clinics, private/semi private lessons and special events.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the pickleball field, preferably at a club, resort, or similar property
  • Pickleball teaching experience
  • Must be highly member-service driven and meet different member needs and requests
  • Organized and able to record accurate lessons and clinics
  • Maintain and develop a “team” attitude as well as a fun and safe working environment for the staff
  • Become knowledgeable of our club policies and enforce them

Education Requirements:

  • Pickleball coaching Certification: PPR, IPTPA, or IPF

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
