We are looking for someone who can provide a great experience for our patients, as patient care is our top priority. This includes being friendly, a team player and having great communication and multitasking skills in a fast paced clinic. We are hiring for a part time position and we are looking for someone with a flexible work schedule, including working on Saturdays. There is no experience necessary. We will provide training on the job.
Responsibilities include receptionist duties such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, collecting payment transactions, checking insurances, and answering phone calls. Other responsibilities include obtaining past/current medical and ocular history, pre-testing procedures and putting information into our EHR system.
