REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive accounting experience preferred
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer & Microsoft Office literacy
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills
Must have clean & valid driver's license

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare deal paperwork to send to appropriate banks for funding
• Track bank funding delays and report to department managers
• Reconcile daily bank deposit & research any outstanding issues
• Cut checks to vendors, banks and customers
• Post service invoices to appropriate general ledger accounts
• Manage office supply inventory
• Assist Office Manager with month end processing to meet deadlines
• Any other duties assigned by the manager
