Position Title : Training Coordinator and Scheduler

Duration : Contract to hire

Location : Onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon

Pay Range : $27-$30

Hours : M-F, 8am-5pm (some flexibility)

Job Summary : LHH Recruitment is seeking a Training Coordinator and Scheduler who will be responsible for the effective coordination of various types of trainings for our client's Engineer employees.

Our client, a global organization located in Hillsboro, OR, is seeking someone with strong scheduling or project coordination experience to take this on, and even bigger plus if you have any exposure to Engineering or machines used for manufacturing semiconductors! This is a brand new role due to our client's growth, allowing you the opportunity to really make this your own.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize an internal learning management system to ensure employees are completing trainings in a timely manner.
• Schedule employees for training, including travel to different states.
• Manage and track the completion of training courses.
• Provide initial and basic training to new hires and Engineers.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrated experience of scheduling and complex calendar management, project coordination, or training coordination.
• Experience working in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry is a big plus.
• Experience using an LMS system is a big plus.
• Strong organization and communication.
• Exposure to Engineering is also a big plus.
