Sales Administrator
Location : Rancho Cordova, CA
Temp to Hire
Compensation : $23 to $26 per hour DOE
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and arrange meetings, calls, and schedules with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, including creating agendas, taking notes, and following up.
Plan and arrange logistics for all trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, sales missions, familiarization trips, destination analysis events, and local sales-related events while upholding brand standards.
Offer extensive administrative assistance to the Director of Sales to ensure seamless department operations in alignment with annual strategic and sales objectives.
Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's history, programs, and services.
Oversee business leads, tasks, reports, newsletters, and communication activities within the CRM (iDSS) platform.
Serve as the primary contact for Partner Extranet support, delivering tutorials, assisting with onboarding, and troubleshooting as necessary.
Participate in meetings and events or aid in setup and teardown as instructed.
Handle various office duties, including phone calls, email inquiries, and distributing promotional materials.
Reconcile and submit expense reports.
Aid in errands such as visits to stakeholders and clients, and assist in making travel arrangements for the Director of Sales, including managing trade show supplies and shipping logistics.
Oversee sales inventory and offer general sales and administrative assistance as required.
Efficiently engage and respond to inquiries from stakeholders, clients, partners, tourism members, sponsors, and potential clients via various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in sales administration or relevant experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Comfort with innovation, creativity, and self-motivation.
Broad knowledge of the local area.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment operation.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of contact.
