Procurement to Pay Specialist (Ariba)
LHH recruitment is hiring for a Procurement to Pay Specialist in the Miramar, FL area. Our client is looking for a procurement to pay specialist with a strong background in data analytics and Ariba experience.
You are a great fit if :
- Procurement to Pay experience.
- Strong advanced Excel experience
- Ariba experience required.
- SAP experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities to include :
- Adding & maintaining Users & user approval groups.
- Creating & maintaining Punchout Catalogs.
- Creating & maintaining CIF catalogs.
- Creating & maintaining Blanket Purchase orders.
- Helping users with Ariba questions & problems.
- Helping to ensure transactions are flowing through the Ariba system.
- Purchase Requisitions are being approved.
- PO Received Quantity Variances, PO Price Variances, PO Amount Variances, and Tax Variances.
- Running analytics, creating Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoint presentations to show data in an understandable format.
This position is a contract to hire opportunity that will pay $55k-$58k. Please apply today!
