LHH is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Newberg, OR
Location: Newberg, OR
Job Type: Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Fulltime
Compensation:
- 1-3 years of experience: $60,000 to $65,000
- 3-5 years of experience: $70,000 to $85,000
Responsibilities:
- Managing payroll for a large number of employees
- Ensuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll system
- Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee information
- Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally
- Assisting with year-end payroll reporting
- Undertaking other related duties as necessary
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
- Proficiency in using ADP.
- Preferably experienced with multi-state payroll
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
