LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized patient financial specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of government and commercial payors, along with excellent analytical problem-solving skills. Daily responsibilities include interacting with customers/patients via phone or email to provide education, account status updates, and timely resolution. Experience with Epic system is preferred. This can be onsite or fully remote if located in the state of Hawaii!

• Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct self-pay collections and follow-up activities for physician billing.
• Engage with payors to inquire about claim statuses and generate appeal letters when necessary.
• Review and overturn claim denials.
• Utilize benefits knowledge to interpret deductibles and coinsurance.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize revenue cycle processes.
