Patient Account Rep

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Patient Account Rep for our healthcare client in Bellevue, WA. This role will be a 100% onsite opportunity and a contract role (with the potential to be extended).

The role will be focused on assisting our client's patients with updating of patient demographics and collecting on account balances.

It will involve heavy data entry, as well as phone correspondence with patients.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 2 years healthcare administration / healthcare customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and EMR Systems

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette

Ability to work in multiple database systems at once and feel comfortable learning new software

Able to thrive in a fast-paced enviornment and adapt quickly when needed

Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a production environment

Able to work well independently, but also as a team when needed

Pay Details : $ to $ per hour
