Summary :
A dynamic consumer services company based in Trenton, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Customer Service Representative.
This position offers a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a commitment of 20-25 hours per week, providing flexibility within the core hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, adept computer skills, and a bonus if you have experience in accounting.
Responsibilities :
Compile and update reports using MS Excel
Assist in data entry for invoices and support accounts payable tasks
Engage with customers and vendors to offer updates on orders
Contribute to pricing activities
Aid in processing orders and payments
Promptly respond to emails
Prepare and dispatch correspondence
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Comfortable in a small office setting
Exceptional organizational capabilities
Availability to work in the office on weekdays
Demonstrated strong work ethic
Accounting experience is advantageous
