LHH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time, Outside Sales Representative focused on turf and landscape products specific to sports and golf for one of our clients in the sand/gravel industry in the Greater Chicago area. If you are an experienced, outside sales professional with a passion for golf, this role may be for you!
Location: Onsite and In-Market Customer Travel in SE WI and NE Suburbs of Chicago Area
Compensation: $90K - $100K and bonus, company car, and benefits
Benefit offerings include medical, dental, and other valuable extras. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but will accept High School diploma with right experience.
• 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in preferably in golf course & sports turf or landscape construction materials related products or services
• Ability to demonstrate past success at managing the sales process and achieving sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Independent problem solver who works well in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and random screening thereafter.
