LHH is Hiring a Lead Business to Business Customer Service Representative Near Charlotte, NC

LHH is looking for a for a Business to Business Customer Service Representative Lead for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 3 years customer service management experience within distribution or manufacturing. This position is fully in office Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries across multiple communication channels including Outlook, phone systems, portals, and JD Edwards.
  • Handling data processing tasks such as entering and recording customer purchase orders and sample requests, as well as facilitating internal and external communications.
  • Investigating and resolving issues and complaints effectively through thorough research and analysis.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while exhibiting empathy towards both customers and colleagues.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service in all interactions.
  • Generating reports for sales and internal teams regarding customer-related metrics, open orders, and other relevant information.
  • Updating and managing procedures, guidelines, and policies within the customer service department.
  • Facilitating open communication within the team and actively seeking and providing feedback.
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive information sourced from JD Edwards/Salesforce.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years business to business customer service experience
  • Distribution/Manufacturing industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ERP/order entry system experience
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 2 years in a prior leadership role.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively manage time.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and priorities.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday - Friday
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
