LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a labor/employment legal assistant for a well regarded boutique Pittsburgh law firm. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a boutique firm with excellent benefits and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the practice of law primarily dealing with labor/employment litigation matters

• Prepare and type legal documents, memo's, letters, and invoices

• Understanding of e-filing procedures

• Proofreading and organizing legal documents

• Set up meetings, depositions and court appearances

Skills needed:

• Must be organized and able to type 55 wpm or greater

• Ability to communicate with attorneys, clients and staff

• Ability to prioritize

• Good writing skills

• Experience with e-Filing
