I am currently working with an AM LAW ranked firm , who are actively looking to hire an associate to join their growing Intellectual Property group in Chicago .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage intellectual property litigation cases, from pre-litigation strategy to trial and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Provide legal counsel on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other stakeholders to build compelling legal strategies.
• Stay abreast of changes in intellectual property laws and industry trends.
• Assist in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership and eligibility to practice law in Illinois.
• 5 years of experience as an Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney, with a strong track record in handling complex IP disputes.
• In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
