LHH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their chemical manufacturing client in Baltimore! We are looking for a dynamic leader to manage a large team and oversee maintenance activities of the facility.

Compensation includes base salary of $90K-$120K bonus up to 10%. Full benefits package is available that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K match, and PTO.

Responsibilities :

• Overseeing planned and preventative maintenance
• Actively involved in continuous process improvement initiatives
• Ensure that all maintenance schedules are being followed in order to minimize downtime
• Regularly conduct safety inspections and identify and resolve any potential hazards

Requirements :

• 3 years of experience managing teams
• 5 years of experience maintaining industrial equipment to include pumps, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, electrical
