Job Title- Data Entry Specialist
Location - Edgewood, KY / 100% onsite
Shift - 1st Monday through Friday

Job Description-
Input miscellaneous data into the database, including address changes, unclaimed addresses, and information regarding deceased members.
Verify and compare data with source documents to ensure accuracy; re-enter data in verification format to detect errors when necessary.
Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data prior to entering it into the system.
Issue membership cards, reset passwords, and provide fraternal officers with access to the organization's website; guide Department and Chapter webmasters through the Membership Portal as needed.
Evaluate information to ensure compliance with the National Constitution, Bylaws, and Regulations, using judgment to determine adherence to standards.
Perform complex phases of data entry, such as entering financial transactions, transferring members between chapters, and making corrections to existing records.
Answer inbound calls, assist callers with inquiries, and provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
Take appropriate actions based on callers' needs, including processing and faxing paperwork, addressing credit card issues, and coordinating with other departments.
Communicate effectively with members via email to provide updates, answer queries, and resolve issues.
Perform additional duties as directed by the Membership Manager.
Essential Skills and Experience -
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to type accurately at a speed of 55 words per minute.
Previous data entry experience is required.
Excellent aptitude for numbers and attention to detail.
Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Must be versatile, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively.
High School diploma or equivalent.
