LHH is Hiring a Data Analyst Near Mc Lean, VA
Location: McLean (Hybrid Work Model: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Required On-Site)
Duration: 8-Month Temporary Role with Potential for Permanent Position
Compensation: Up to $65 per Hour
Who Can Apply: Open to U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
Candidates must be able to work on a W-2 basis without needing sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster collaborative relationships within various departments.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders across business and IT domains.
- Plan and conduct meetings, ensuring clear agendas and actionable outcomes.
- Lead and contribute to projects, delivering quality results promptly.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, change management, or similar fields.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, strong presentation, Excel, and SQL skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Capable of quickly adapting to new technologies, working independently, and driving results with minimal guidance.
- Experience with Snowflake, RapidSQL, JSON, and XML.
