LHH is Hiring an AP/AR Specialist Near Citrus Heights, CA
Responsibilities:
- Process, verify, post, and prepare sales invoices for distribution to customers.
- Process and post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and ACH transactions.
- Investigate discrepancies and unidentified deposits.
- Generate timely reports and statements for internal and customer use.
- Process credit, debit memos, and chargebacks.
- Generate reports and statements for internal and customer use.
- Process bank deposits and apply payments.
- Prepare daily bank reconciliations.
- Create and maintain customer account information in the company system.
- Review all invoices for payment and determine the responsible SVRI Company or affiliate.
- Match invoices to packing slips or purchase orders, obtaining proper manager approval if required.
- Enter invoices into the accounting system under the appropriate company.
- Associates or Bachelors in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of expereince working in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Navision software experience is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- $24-27/hour
