LHH seeks a Bilingual Admissions Coordinator.

The Admissions Coordinator is the first person a client meets and it is essential in making sure that new clients have a successful first impression.

Serve as a single point of contact for the agency’s clients, care givers, referring providers / agencies and visitors, by providing resources and assistance with accessing clinical and supportive care services offered

Facilitating referrals and appointments.

Providing details about agency programs.

Answering initial insurance coverage questions

Handling various administrative tasks in support of client care.

Ensuring that emails, phone calls and visitors are logged and directed to the appropriate staff or department in a courteous and professional manner.

About the Organization

This organizations supports a variety of mediums for the treatment of families, children and their caregivers who are struggling due to issues of divorce, homelessness, child abuse / neglect, family violence or other crises.

The program provides age-appropriate, legally defensible forensic interviews for children 2-18 years of age and developmentally disabled adults who have been the alleged victim of sexual or physical abuse, or who have witnessed a violent crime.

Family advocates work closely with the alleged victim’s guardian to ensure that they are provided resources and follow-up care, such as medical attention, and therapy.

Hours : Monday to Friday 1030am -7pm

Job Type : contract to hire

Salary : $18-20 / hr
