LHH is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Akron, OH
LHH Recruitment Solutions (fka Accounting Principals) is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a client of ours in Cleveland, OH.
Responsibilities :
Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts accurately.
Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Follow up on past due accounts and initiate collections efforts.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Maintain organized records of customer transactions and interactions.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field is a plus.
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Attention to detail and strong numerical aptitude.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
