LHH Solutions is seeking an experienced customer service professional to be a Front Desk Receptionist in Portland, OR.. This is a full time, on-site, contract to hire role that offers the opportunity to work with a great company that reinforces a culture of valuing everyone's opinion.
This Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests and provide all guest management. Our ideal candidate has experience in the hospitality industry, is very detail oriented, and can provide top notch customer service with great communication skills - verbal and written. What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• Serve as the main and first point of contact for the company and oversee all guest management
• Managing a high volume of incoming calls, answering guests' questions, and transferring calls to the appropriate team members or executives
• Supporting the coordination and scheduling of external conference rooms
• Providing some tech support with setting up zoom calls and providing support to guests with screen sharing via Zoom
• Managing the office space by keeping things tidy, ordering and restocking supplies as needed, and receiving all incoming mail and packages

Qualifications:

• Experience or background in hospitality, hotels, host/hostess is a PLUS!
• Proficient with Microsoft office, Mac systems, Gmail, and Zoom
• Ability to provide top notch customer service with excellent communication- verbal and written

Employment Type: Contract to hire
Pay Rate: $19-20/hr depending on experience

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 PER HOUR
