Responsibilities:
• Filing in state and federal court and e-filing.
• Prepare discovery and calendar for attorneys.
• File and organize client files.
• Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.
Experience:
• Litigation experience.
• Paralegal experience of at least 2 years and more.
• State and federal court filing is needed.
• Paralegal certificate.
Details:
• Onsite daily, full time.
• This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $60,000 to $80,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
