Role Description
We are currently seeking a Paralegal with 1-2 years of experience to join our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with trial preparation, filing and service of pleadings, organizing and compiling documents and other information, researching case-related files and source, and coordinating with attorneys, courts and related parties.
This position will be hybrid.
The successful candidate will also have:
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills (an absolute must!)

- Superb administrative hygiene
- Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program, or previous experience as a paralegal
- Experience drafting, cite-checking and correcting legal briefs
- Working knowledge of case management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge and research skills
