LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant for a permanent job opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for this position. Must be technically savvy, with solid experience in Word, Outlook, and document management software (preferably ATO/Client Profiles). Experience with e-filing, scheduling, docketing court deadlines, and managing multiple priorities. Must be a proactive team player with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience with family law
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Superb grammar, communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, proactive mindset
Understanding of litigation procedures and the discovery process
Solid organizational and time management skills
High accuracy and attention to detail when proofreading and typing
