Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Summary/Objective: The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a pivotal role in optimizing the organization's supply chain processes, overseeing parts management, and ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, the warehouse, and customer needs. This position involves strategic planning, efficient execution, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Essential Functions:

• Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for the supply chain in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Inside Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with inside sales employees to collect recurring sales predictions from regional sales managers.
• Purchase and Planning Execution: Place purchase orders for units/machines based on order delivery demand, inventory, and future sales predictions.
• Purchase Order Process: Execute the purchasing PO process and track the arrival plans of suppliers.
• Parts Purchase Management: Place parts purchase orders for emergent orders, regular daily parts replenishment/new products/repairs etc, placing parts purchase orders per inventory
• Warehouse Integration: Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure effective integration of supply chain processes within the warehouse.
• Inventory Organization and Tracking: Implement procedures for accurate tracking, labeling, and organization of inventory in the warehouse.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about inventory levels, ordering, and customer demand.
• Reporting to Senior Management: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the supply chain.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to meet operational needs.

Supervisory Responsibility: None.

Work Environment: This role operates in a professional office and warehouse setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Demands: Regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle, and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required as job duties demand.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of supply chain experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, CRM software, and other relevant computer applications.

Pay: $40,985.29 - $45,000.00 per year
