LGC Hospitality is Hiring a Restaurant Management Near Somerville, MA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members. If you have a passion for the culinary industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, food preparation, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items and specials
- Coordinate catering events and ensure successful execution
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
- Utilize POS system to process orders and payments accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role is required
- Strong knowledge of food handling, culinary techniques, and food safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with ease
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
