Job Summary

• Define, design, develop and manage activities of the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, from product concept creation, definition, marketing, using and end-of-life in home entertainment product category, especially in TV and audio products.
• Find new business opportunities, develop business plans and new product positioning based on US consumer trend and US market environment.
• Oversee market research, monitor competitor's activity and products and identify customer needs.
• Work with partner companies, engineering, marketing, sales department to develop new products or enhance existing products.
• Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and messaging
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver functional solutions
• By collaborating with big IT companies and discovering new solutions based in San Jose region, the product planning organization will be set up to create new customer value continuously in home entertainment area in long-term strategy
• This role will generate new customer experience and make new concept product or service related to new experience, so it will show the customer innovation.
• This roll can do the consumer survey, interview or workshop to generate or develop innovative ideas.
• This roll can propose new product or service concept to LGEUS HE to impact domestic market or HQ for global adoption.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor Degree is required with 10 years experience

Interests for home entertainment products especially in TV and audio productsProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel for documentationKnowledge and understanding of consumer electronics industry trendResearch, interview and survey design experience driving insights about segmentation, product positioning and market needsAnalytical and problem solving skillsSuperior verbal and written communication skill.
