Location: Town at Trilith / Remote

Estimated Hours: 10 hours per week

Reports To: Store Manager/Owner

Leyland Blue is looking for a part-time marketing coordinator to join our team! Much of the work can be done remotely but frequent store visits are encouraged.

Run Paid ads for store on both Facebook and IG

• Must know how to set up an ad account from scratch, install pixel on site, geo-target and build interest audiences
• Specifically Awareness, Reach & Lead Campaigns (no conversion campaigns for now)
• Must be able to make budget recommendations based on performance
• Will need to make monthly report with account recommendations
• Knowledge around META paid media is necessary for this position

Assist with Organic Social accounts both Facebook, IG & Tiktok

• Help make Reels around the store and capture lifestyle shots to post on socials weekly
• Reach out to influencers and brands to form partnerships to help spread awareness for the store

Implement monthly creation of an email newsletter

• Help strategize effective ways to build email list
• Strategize & implement ways to grow our email newsletter inside and outside the store
• Manage email platform such as mailchimp or klayvio and set up email flows and lists

Qualifications:

• Must live in Georgia and preferably in the area for store visits
• Must be open to learning and being trained on any of the skills listed above (We will have someone to help you on-board and answer any questions you may have)
• Must have a degree in marketing or 2 years of experience in the industry
• We would be open to this being an internship position if you are a junior or senior in a collegiate marketing program in Georgia

• Bonus if you’ve worked in a boutique space
• Bonus if you have PR experience and can help assist our store in those efforts too
