About the Role

The Product Specialist position serves as a subject matter expert for LexisNexis products. The Product Specialist drives customer awareness regarding the value and differentiators of our products and content by conducting presentations, training, and demonstrations.

Through these activities, the Product Specialist drives usage and preference and uncovers leads and opportunities to help drive revenue and POS.

Responsibilities

Increasing awareness and driving usage and preference of LexisNexis products, and services

Developing, implementing and / or delivering technical training as it relates to the organization's products

Demonstrating deep product knowledge; act as an internal resource for sales, marketing, product, and segment

Executing Go-to-Market initiatives related to product and content releases

Conducting research, analysis of findings, and share information with product, segment, and marketing

Preparing and deliver specialized customer presentations to drive usage, communicate our value proposition, and differentiators

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have the ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams

Have the ability to build successful relationships internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications

Possess customer-facing experience

Have experience leading projects
