About You Curious with deep ambition to learn and grow as a product designer Eager to develop a strong set of UX skills and apply them through various discovery, design, and testing exercises across the double diamond process model Efficient at iterating through low and high fidelity designs and prototypes while receiving feedback from team members and from user testing Desire to conduct generative research and user testing exercises alongside ongoing design efforts Highly collaborative with other designers, product managers, business analysts and developers Motivated to foster strong relationships with stakeholders and create advocates for the UX Design process. Humble and able to separate themselves from their work when it is being reviewed and critiqued by team members Keeps an eye on UI/ UX trends and best in class design & research standards Has experience with design tools such as but not limited to Figma, Sketch, Invision, Axure, or Adobe XD. 1-2 years experience in Product Design or UX/ UI Design, ideally working within a Product-driven team or organization What You’ll Accomplish You will contribute to and help define what success means for our users and how it relates to our company goals. You will build a knowledge base of UX tactics and methods that are used to build a user experience from the ground up.
