With a focus on understanding B2B customers, analyzing trends in digital customer journeys, retention and product engagement to better engage our customers with our products thereby increasing Customer LTV, you would be closely partnering with our Digital and Product Strategy, Marketing and Sales teams. You will play a significant role by analyzing and reporting on insights that drive critical business decisions. Responsibilities Conduct data analyses, deliver insights and learnings on marketing and sales initiatives for all business units related to customer acquisition, engagement and retention Design and implement automated reporting dashboards which track Key Performance Indicators, provide useful insights and provide exploration capability for reporting users Partner with multiple marketing and business development teams to explore data, design learning plan, and conduct analyses Present insights and learnings to key stakeholders / executives, drive actions and impact Provide thought leadership on modern workplace marketing based on insights / learning from analyses Build and Analyze Digital Customers Journeys starting from different surfaces for B2B customers with an intent to suggest improvements in the journey stages and insights into optimization opportunities Develop propensity models to prioritize actions/leads Suggest recommendations based on practical insights Qualifications Required Qualifications: 4 years experience working on very large data sets of sparse high dimensional data and experience in pre-processing and analyzing such data using SQL or scripting languages to gain actionable insights 4 years of experience in processing and building visualizations using reporting tools (such as Power BI/Tableau) 1 years hands on programming experience hands on experience with Python/R Experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques like hypothesis testing, classification, regression, time series forecasting and clustering to real-world data sets Passionate about customer acquisition analysis, with a firm understanding of the problem space or passionate about applying your skillset to new domain areas such as customer acquisition analysis An independent self-starter who likes to take ownership and independently seeks out new challenges Experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative and qualitative approaches Preferred Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts, solid experience in presenting findings to senior leaders Attention to detail with self-discipline and a drive for results Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries Masters or PhD degree in statistics, data science, applied mathematics, computer science, econometrics or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical equivalent experience We are an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
