Lexington Treatment Specialists is Hiring a Staff Nurse - LPN/LVN (FT) Near Myrtle, SC
Job Details:
- Business Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 11:00 am, Saturday: 6:00 am - 9:00 am
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 am - 11:00 am, Saturday: 6:00 am - 9:00 am
- Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 / hour
- Hiring Locations: Myrtle Beach, SC
Qualifications:
- Current SC State Nursing License; LPN/LVN, Licensed Practical Nurse, CPR/BLS, Current TB skin test, blood test, or chest x-ray.
Treatment Specialists provide comprehensive services to assist individuals who are dealing with opiate addiction or dependency. We combine counseling with medications to optimize success in treatment. We are in need of a Full-Time LPN nurse at our Myrtle Beach clinic to work alongside the primary nurse on site.
Position Summary:
Position Summary:
- Must be present in the facility at all times patients are present, when scheduled.
- Efficient assistance in daily operations of the pharmacy, if required.
- Offer education and medical assistance with positive regard and respect of confidentiality;
- Assist the Medical Director in all areas of patient care, including intake and annual physicals, obtaining blood samples, urine drug screens, and performing TB tests.
