Job Title: Supply Chain / Production Coordinator

As we continue to expand, we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

Position Summary: Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our operations. This position includes the procurement of MRO supplies and raw materials for our tool and die department, and extends into customer service, product quoting, and assisting in the implementation of our new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of MRO supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
• Purchase raw material for our manufacturing processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues
• Prepare and manage quotations for potential customers
• Support the implementation and optimization of the new ERP system
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with business-related major, or comparable combination of academic training and experience.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new skills and adapt to challenges
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
